Metallized polyester has excellent thermal properties, can be bonded to foam and
bubble, has good tear strength, and is an excellent insulation material,
reflects 97% of radiant heat.
Foam
Low density polyethylene foam has superior thermal properties, that will out
perform polystyrene, excellent scratch resistance and outstanding cushioning
characteristics. Comes in 1/32", 1/16", 3/32", 1/8", 1/4", thickness.
Bubble
Polyethylene bubble comes
in a small 3/16", medium 5/16", and large 1/2" thick rolls. It can be
laminated to high density film, paper and foil. It is the most widely used
cushioning material.
High density
polyethylene film
This material is commonly laminated to bubble and foam to provide tear strength.
Often it is used as a third layer when combining foil and foam. The high
density poly is stocked in 1 mil rolls and thicker mils are available.
Paper
We stock a variety of basis
weight paper that can be laminated to foam and bubble. Primarily paper
provides surface protection and is used to stiffen the flexible foam and bubble
materials.
Roll stock material is
available in various widths, up to 72". For shipping purposes in
small quantities we recommend shipping in our 20" x 20" x 48" tall corrugated
